Some Salesforce Embedded PMCs Not Accessible

Investigating

We are getting reports of some Salesforce embedded PMCs not being accessible. Salesforce had an outage on the morning of September 16th 2026 and this issue could be related to that outage. We have had success with resetting the API user to restore access.

Before submitting a support ticket with Customer Support please attempt to rest the API user for PMC.

We are continuing to monitor the situation.
